Position Details

• Part-Time, Non-Exempt
• Pay: $15.00 per hour (This position has the potential to earn $3,000 - $5,000 per month with commission and bonuses)
• Hourly; Monday-Friday (1:00 pm - 8:00 pm)

Overview
The Field Marketer's primary responsibility is to cultivate new business opportunities through direct engagement with potential homeowners via door-to-door outreach. This role plays a pivotal part in executing the company's marketing strategy, aimed at fostering growth, enhancing brand awareness, and expanding market share.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inform homeowners about the advantages of our products, emphasizing cost savings and contributions to environmental conservation.
• Thoroughly record leads and document actions taken on behalf of the company.
• Aid homeowners in arranging in-home solar analyses or home improvement estimates.
• Conduct follow-ups on actions taken to ensure a seamless and precise hand-off of leads from marketing to sales.
• Disseminate marketing materials in designated targeted areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Field Marketing Manager.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements 
This role involves working predominantly outdoors. The physical demands of this position include standing for extended periods, engaging with potential customers and interacting with the public. Operating various equipment and moving around public spaces will be necessary to fulfill certain tasks. Additionally, there may be a requirement to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
