We're in search of a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in Corona, CA. If you're passionate about upholding stringent quality standards and working together with an innovative team, we want to hear from you!

How you will make meaningful contributions as a vital part of our team:

Under the direction of the QA Manager, you will assist with the management of the lab's Quality Management System and ensure it is up to date with changing regulations, assist with planning and tracking the proficiency of testing programs, and assist with audits both internally and externally. Other duties include but not limited to:

• Assist with record keeping procedures to ensure proper documentation such as; Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformance, SOP's, QMS, both internally and externally, including archived, are accurate and up to date.
• Assists with document control and record archiving, including maintaining the Master Document List
• Assists with oversight of laboratory's support equipment calibration program including temperature monitoring
• Assist in performing detailed quality review of analyst data and transcribing reviewed results to LIMS.
• Uphold cGMP compliance principles, enforce Data integrity and ALCOA program
• Initiate and assist with corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage customer feedback surveys and keep the results spreadsheet

Position Type & Expected Schedule

Full-Time | M - F - 8AM-5PM/7AM-4PM/9AM-6PM | OT Eligible

To succeed at Adamson, you'll need:

Our ideal candidate will be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship, and other qualifications include:

• Bachelor's or associate degree
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years' QA experience in a testing lab, chemistry, or pharmaceutical environment.
• Working knowledge of common laboratory equipment types.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with ISO:17025 is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and oversee several responsibilities/projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills required.
