• Basic facility maintenance at ABC Mini Storage
• Perform security checks/walk-throughs 2-3 times per week per facility
• Clean vacant units
• Prepare Thank You Bags with New Lock
• Minor Repairs
• Minor landscaping
• Auction Preparation
• Apply overlocks once per month
• Cut locks as needed
• Send weekly report to management
• Maintain constant and clear communication with management
• Available to be on call to assist in emergency situations
• Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
• MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND
• TRUCK PREFERRED
• Must have mobile phone
• Must be proficient with texting
• Great job for retiree and/or veteran

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
