We are seeking a positive and professional Leasing Consultant for our community.

Previous leasing experience desired. Your day-to-day activities include consulting with prospects, showing apartments, preparing lease packages or renewals, and marketing.

Top candidates for this role will have:

• Previous experience working in property management or marketing
• Valid Driver's License
• Outstanding customer service skills both on the phone and in-person
• A team player attitude with a “get things done” mentality
• Experience in Onesite and / or Knock
• A professional appearance (dress to impress!)

Weekend Work Required. Ongoing Training & Development.
