Job description
As an Hospice Receptionist/Patient Coordinator, you will:
Be responsible for initiating and coordinating the clerical and administrative functions required of Branch office such as handling correspondence and word processing, answering telephone and e-mail inquiries. This includes producing and processing very confidential information. Also responsible for answering and directing calls to appropriate individuals, sending out messages to staff in the field, greeting all customers and employees, performing general administrative duties and may also assist other staff with overflow work.
