Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Handle deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Daily balance cash drawer.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
• Introduce clients to new products and services, and generate leads.
• Provide excellent client service while performing routine banking center and client service duties.
• Adhere to bank’s operational compliance, audit and security policies and applicable state and federal laws.
• Maintain strong product and sales knowledge, and promote core service values.
• Must be bilingual in Chinese/English.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
