25Madison is Hiring a Remote Operations Lead at Ladder Health

Company Overview:

Of the 20% of children ages 3 and under (2.5MM children in the US) eligible for Early Intervention Services, only 3.7% (97K children) are receiving the necessary services. Ladder Health’s mission is to ensure all children with developmental delays have the support and care they need to reach new heights.

Ladder Health’s solution is comprehensive, holistic care for early childhood developmental delays, built in partnership with Boston Children’s Hospital. Our vision is to empower all parents and caregivers with the tools and quality support they need to help their child thrive.

Job Summary:

Ladder Health is a healthcare technology startup that has just launched in Massachusetts to support young children (ages 0-6) with developmental delays or concerns. We’re looking for an Operations Lead who is excited to make an impact at an early-stage company.

As the Operations Lead, you will have the chance to engage cross-functionally and with external stakeholders, to shape Ladder’s virtual care delivery offering and go-to-market strategy. This is an incredible chance to directly impact the lives of young children and their families by enabling increased access to equitable care and improved clinical outcomes.

You will work closely with the leadership team at Ladder Health and be deeply involved in strategic decisions around go-to-market and implementation, business development, and the product roadmap. We are seeking a highly self-motivated candidate who can work independently on large scale projects, juggle competing priorities, and present in front of external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operationalizing and managing partnerships with health plans and hospital systems.
  • Participate in negotiations with health plan and hospital system partners and implement processes to track and report on data and metrics after partnership launch.
  • Drive repeatable operational processes to deliver the best partner and patient/family experience at scale.
  • Develop and execute creative initiatives and experiments to improve the partner experience, including member acquisition strategies and marketing.
  • Work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and external partners to provide visibility into partner feedback and help inform Ladder’s roadmap.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations to ensure hiring, onboarding, and training of the clinicians will allow for new market launch and meet the needs of partners.

Experiences and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years (4 years preferred) pre-MBA experience in healthcare working in business strategy, operations management, partnerships, or consulting
  • Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
