Job Types: Open Availability, Part-time

Salary: $15.00/hour

Experience: Culinary: 1 year (Preferred)

License: Drivers License (Preferred)

Language: English and Spanish (Preferred)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Basic knowledge in food preparation

* Food handling and recipe preparation under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef

* Labeling food

* Ensuring the kitchen is always clean, tidy and organized

* Assistant Kitchen Manager with food inventory

* Wash dishes and food preparation equipment

* Any other other tasks as assigned by Kitchen Manager

PREFERRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

* Open availability

* Flexible hours, including mornings and evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Excellent customer care

* Valid drivers license preferred

* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

* Work standing on your feet for 10-12 hours a shift with brief or minimal breaks in between

* Outstanding customer care and attention to detail

* Previous culinary and kitchen experience is a must

* Must be able to legally work in the US
