About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Deckhand and experience a dynamic role on the water! As a Deckhand, you will assist with various tasks, including boat maintenance, navigation, and passenger assistance. This is a hands-on position perfect for those looking to gain valuable experience in a maritime environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with the operation and navigation of the vessel under the guidance of the Captain and senior crew members.
• Handle lines and cables during docking and undocking procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the vessel in top condition.
• Assist passengers as needed and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the maritime industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
