Allergy Asthma Clinic, Ltd is looking for a Part Time front office receptionist.

This is at our West Valley location in Surprise

minimum 1 year Medical Front Office experience required

Schedule:

**(during training travel to the Phoenix location on Greenway on Tuesday is required 9-5)

Monday 9-5:30

Wednesday 9-5:30

Thursday 9-5:30

***Tuesday 9-5 (only 1x per month usually)

Job Duties:

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly manner
• Answering incoming calls
• Appointment Scheduling
• Payment collection (copay/deductible/coinsurance)
• Verify Insurance Eligibility and Benefits as needed
• Appointment Confirming
• Chart Prep
• Check in/Out
• Data Entry
• Scanning Documents
• knowledge of insurances required
• Other assigned duties

Skills:

• Excellent patient rapport
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication and chart documentation
• Patient confidentiality
• EMR Experience preferred

This is a private medical practice specializing in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. All our physicians are Board Certified Allergists.
