```Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and coordinating their appointments.

```Duties```
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments for patients
- Greeting patients and providing them with necessary paperwork
- Explaining treatment plans to patients and answering any questions they may have
- Coordinating with insurance companies to verify coverage and obtain pre-authorizations
- Collecting payments and providing financial counseling to patients
- Maintaining accurate patient records in Dentrix software
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 44 per week
