Harbor Nissan is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Controller to join our team! We value this position as a critical part of the management team by providing accurate, timely, and relevant information for the team to make informed strategic decisions. Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of A/P, General Ledger, Budget Comparison, Balance Sheet
• Manage insurance certificates/docs for all contractors & vendors.
• Produce accurate and timely monthly financial statements submitted to manufacturer and management.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain Financial Controls.
• Work with CPA on tax related obligations. 
• Develop and maintain quality team.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office products
• DealerTrack DMS, Axcessa Reporting knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be able to work well independently
