Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations and care of consumers in a residential setting.

Duties:

- Deliver and oversee direct service to consumers in residential setting
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records (med aid training provided) - Ensure meeting regulatory requirements of Center for Developmentally Disabled (CDD)
- Coordinating staff training and development
- Monitor consumer finances

Additional monies awarded for CNA license, as well as Associates and/or Bachelor's degree in related field of study. CNA and associates/bachelor's degrees are not required. Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
