We are seeking a Front Office Administrator to become a part of our team! We are looking for someone EXPERIENCED.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls
• Assisting with patient intake forms
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Taking a basic H&P from patients
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorizations
• Making sure patients are cleared for Surgery
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service experience required
