We are looking for an experienced and passionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a nurturing individual who loves working with children and is capable of providing a safe and stimulating environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care for children, including helping with homework, preparing meals, and engaging in activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional development.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Provide physical and emotional support to children.
• Engage in activities that promote the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care.
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime.
• Provide guidance on appropriate behavior, social skills, and hygiene.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.

Skills

• Proven teaching experience
• Thorough understanding of best practices in teaching, as well as a desire to follow the school's regulations and procedures

• At least 6 units in child development

We are looking for active, dependable, and passionate individuals that are at least 18 years old and have:

• Experience working in a licensed childcare center or a similar profession is preferred.
• The ability to meet both state and center educational requirements.
• Capable of working indoors or outdoors and participating in physical exercise with children.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
