Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and pest control techniques. Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each property
- Use power tools and hand tools to apply pesticides, traps, and other pest control products
- Perform preventative maintenance treatments to prevent future infestations
- Educate customers on proper sanitation practices to minimize pest activity
- Keep accurate records of services provided and maintain inventory of pest control supplies

Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Skills (not required but a plus):
- Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred
