Infusion Nurse Job Summary

Eduro Healthcare is looking for a traveling Infusion Nurse in the DFW and San Antonio area to help with infusion therapy treatments. In this position, you will set up patients with an IV or other infusion device to administer fluids or medication. Our ideal applicant is a registered nurse (RN) with specialized training in infusion therapy. You also need to have excellent patient care and communication skills.

Infusion Nurse Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer IV supplemental fluids.
• Maintain the IV process for all facilities in the region.
• Pick up medication from the in-hospital pharmacy.
• Ensure you are delivering the right dosage.
• Answer questions from the patient.
• Create a calming environment and make sure the patient is comfortable during the treatment.

Infusion Nurse Requirements and Qualifications

• RN license
• Infusion therapy experience and training
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Must be willing to travel regionally
