Boys and Girls Club of Farmington Job Description

Position: Teen YDP
Status: Part-time
Hours: 20-25 hours per week

Reports to - Teen Director
Direct reports - None

This position interacts with middle school and high school club members, in all areas of the club. It is responsible for providing positive mentoring, engaging in high yield activities, and promoting leadership development.

Duties:

• Plan activities and outings designed to interest and appeal to the middle school and high school members.
• Recruit and grow the Keystone Club and/or Torch Club Leadership programs.
• Supervise the teen room.
• Assist in planning Teen Nights.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with youth.
• Valid driver's license.
• Self-starter, able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of criminal background check
• BGCF is an alcohol and drug free work environment.
• Ability to have FUN!!!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• After school
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
