Job Overview:

Established semiconductor equipment refurbishment company, specializing in Applied Materials Endura PVD system, is looking for an experienced individual in Semiconductor Equipment Industry to fill position in manufacturing group. We are looking for candidate that is highly motivated and be able to lead MFG team in multiple projects involving various levels of disassembly, cleaning, repairing, reassembly, integration, and testing. As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong managerial and technical skills.

The candidate should be well versed on basics of vacuum theory, semiconductor manufacturing, Physical Vapor Deposition equipment basics, and general equipment troubleshooting skills. The candidate should have people skills to have other employees work effectively in team environment to optimize productivity of the entire group.

Duties:

- Work on assembly of mainframe, chambers, and external components

- Work on final testing of all key components of PVD sputter equipment

- Work with others to analyze missing parts required to complete chamber build

- Disassemble source sputter equipment to send out for cleaning

- Assemble complete chambers as per customer's specifications

- Facilitize all components and power up the system during final test

- Troubleshoot issues and find root cause of issues on system

- Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues.

- Ensures the correct revs of procedures and schematics are followed. Identifies and corrects procedural issues.

- Creates methodologies and procedures as necessary.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility

- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and plans to achieve production goals

- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste

- Manage and supervise a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules, resolve issues, and implement process improvements

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure availability of materials for production

- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year degree in field of engineering; mechanical or electrical preferred

- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing area preferred

- Basic knowledge in semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, PVD echnology, and vacuum highly preferred

- Must be flexible in working on multiple projects at same time

- Must be flexible in working hours to meet customer deadlines

- Must be able to lead other members on the MFG team

- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing methodologies

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,347.88 - $90,720.03 per year
