Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and data-driven Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an onsite position in Fresno, Ca.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Translate client needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
• Select colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts.
• Design solutions to obstacles and problems.
• Provide Mockups for design concepts and assets to completed projects.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player and exceptional time management skills.
• Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
• Provide a portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects that include web, print and branding.
• 5-7 years of previous experience min.

· Ability to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting deadlines.

· Ability to multi task and manage timelines.

· Strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design in a marketing agency or relevant industry.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Work with Adobe Suite products

· Passion for graphic design and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
