Dental Assistants help with dental procedures, work on administrative tasks and contribute to the care and support of patients. You will organize and prep the tools and equipment that dentists use during procedures. Dental assistants play an important part in patient comfort, satisfaction and education on dental treatments and procedures.

Compensation will be determined based on experience

Training Available!

Recent graduate or license in process? We will train you utilizing our structured two to four (2-4) week training program. We equip you with the tools needed to be successful. All you need to bring is your excitement and willingness to learn. We will take care of the rest! We will take care of the rest. This is going to be fun!

Duties to include:

• Assists at chair side
• Delivers "WOW!" experience to patients and guardians
• Delivers high quality oral hygiene instruction
• Takes digital X-rays
• Intra-oral photographs
• Applies topical anesthetic and fluoride treatments
• Takes impressions and bite registrations
• Adaptation of temporary crowns
• Removes excess cement from fabricated restorations and orthodontic bands
• Pours impressions to make stone, plaster and trims models
• Fabricates mouth guards, temporary crowns, custom impression trays.
• Prepares casting models and dies
• Handles instrument cleaning, sterilization/disinfection and re-circulation
• Performs dental treatment room disinfection
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• Active Texas Dental Assisting License or License in process
• Valid and current BLS certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong verbal communication skills
