We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller to join our team in Cd'A, Idaho. The Medical Biller will be responsible for accurately billing & coding medical procedures, ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies, and keying patient demographics, charges and payments.

Duties will include but are not limited to : - Review and verify patient information and medical records for accuracy- Assign appropriate codes to medical procedures using ICD-9 or ICD-10 coding systems- Submit claims to insurance companies electronically or by mail- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues or discrepancies- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations- Update patient accounts with accurate billing information and payment records- Collaborate with medical office staff to ensure accurate documentation and coding- Stay up-to-date with changes in medical coding guidelines and reimbursement policiesRequirements : - High school diploma or equivalent;

certification in Medical Billing preferred- Proven experience as a Medical Biller or similar role- Proficient in medical coding systems (ICD-9, ICD-10)- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures- Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records systems- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Strong organizational and time management skills- Effective communication skills, both written and verbalPosition is FT, Mon-Friday 8am-5pm and salary is DOE!
