Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Oversee office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Maintain phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
