* Starting at $20.00 per hour with a $0.50 increase every 6 months to $22.00 per hour
* Holiday Pay is $160 per day, eligible after 60 days of employment.
* $0.01 per mile Safety Bonus eligible, paid monthly. Safety Bonus is subject to successfully completing all Safety Bonus eligibility requirements.
* Anniversary bonus of $1,200 paid after each year of service
* 6th day may be required when requested by our customer
* This position is exempt from overtime pay pursuant to Section 13(b)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

Requirements
* Must have a valid Class A CDL Interstate drivers license.
* Must pass a DOT physical from one of our chosen FMCSA qualified clinics.
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
* Must be able to operate a CMV on public roadways.
* Must be 23 years or older.
* No Felony convictions, pled "guilty" to or "No Contest" to crimes involving violence, dishonesty or drugs in the past 10 years.
* No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests. No Refusals. No Applicants from SAP Program.
* No DUI convictions, open container, or alcohol related incidents in previous 7 years.
* No Careless driving or reckless driving convictions on MVR or PSP in the previous 3 years.
* No at fault rear end collisions, rollover accidents, or jackknife accidents in the previous 3 years.
* 12 months experience in the past 3 years pulling a 53 ft van if for van fleet of which 12 months.
* No more than a combination of 3 qualifications below: No more than 2 at fault accidents in the previous 3 years and No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years.
* An acceptable PSP report; Combination of 4 or more violations, inspections, or warnings MUST be reviewed and approved by safety.
* No speeding convictions of 15 mph or more over the posted speed limit in the previous 3 years.
* Required to have 10 years of experience filled out; If there is a gap of 6 months or more of employment, then we must have a signed Employment of Declaration document.
* Verify 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience.
* Three or more jobs in the last 12 months goes to audit
* No convictions for using a handheld device while driving subject to state and/or federal law
* Must be able to pass a road test administered by Venture Express
* Must meet all qualifications in section 391.11 of the FMCSA regulations handbook
* Primary residence must be within: (Home Daily/Local) a 50-mile commute from the Domicile assigned on hire date. (OTR/Regional) a 100-mile commute from the Domicile assigned on hire date.
