There is no small role, and your point of view, passion, and unique skills will shape us and our clients.The RoleThe Paid Acquisition role performs client Search and Social media buying on platforms like Facebook/ Instagram, Google, YouTube, and more. From campaign implementation to routine monitoring and optimizations, the right person for this role will have a data- and objective-driven mind. They will take the initiative to execute best practices and capture new opportunities while keeping client growth up.The role will work directly with the Brand Managers and Director of Digital Strategy on implementation, optimizations, and regular insight reports. The objective always being to narrow in on where we can provide the most value and ROAS for our clients. As such, a passion for account growth and experience in identifying objectives, growth tactics, and obstacles are a must.ResponsibilitiesLead measurable growth for the client's brand and the agency's account.Identify new and creative ways to contribute to and grow client business.Successfully managing paid acquisition portfolios across Search and Social platforms.Create, develop, analyze, and grow digital marketing initiatives across various channels and audiences.Work internally across teams to implement digital learnings throughout account(s).Polished presentation skills and comfort when presenting insights in client meetings.Build campaign performance reports to highlight trends, actionable insights, and recommendations.Daily use of publisher platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, and other applicable search and social publishers.Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the ability to identify and communicate trends and insights.Firm grasp of all applicable analytical tools from setup to reporting (GTM, GA4, Conversion implementation/optimization, Explorations)Requirements2-4 years of experience with planning and implementing a successful Paid Search/Social strategy.2-4 years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development.2-4 years of agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale interactive marketing projects.Proven record of success for B2B and B2C clients across ad platforms.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (marketing, business, communications).Working knowledge of traditional advertising and how to supplement using digital best practices.Reconciling monthly data and creating digestible performance reports across platforms for each client.Up-to-date knowledge of the digital industry, emerging trends, and new innovations.Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our client's critical business outcomes.Understand the key metrics measured by campaign objective: retargeting, lead generating, awareness, conversion, traffic, reach, views, et al.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Understanding and implementing tools to measure behavior (i.e., Pixels, Tags, UTM's, Zapier integrations, lead form extensions.An understanding of audiences and best practices for the respective user journey through the entirety of the funnel.Strong understanding of the analytics ecosystem comprising Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.CompetenciesDetail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.Efficiency, leveraging highly refined time management skills to meet deadlines.Is familiar with an agency setting and, as such, can pivot focus as needed.Advanced understanding of Excel and Google Sheets.Manages up and knows when to escalate internal and/or client concerns.Ability to convey critical insights to an audience that isn't digitally savvy.Ability to work with and manage freelancers as needed.
