Project Manager - Multifamily

Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for fundamental project management tasks including project start up, financial management, schedule management, change management, conflict resolution, safety planning and accountability, quality control, project closeout and oversight of project team. This may be done in conjunction with another Project Manager, a Senior Project Manager or a Project Executive.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of project and associated responsibilities to successfully complete profitable projects.
• Manages the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome.
• Administers both the owner and subcontractor relationships for an assigned project.
• Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements and related drawings and specifications.
• Supervise, mentor and lead a team.

• Have experience in Multifamily project management.
• Take initiative and provide leadership and direction
• Act as a mentor and teacher to others.
• Skilled at a variety of pre-construction work, such as planning, design and constructability review, value engineering, CPM scheduling, and conceptual estimating.
• Ability to successfully estimate or validate and negotiate change order.
• A Bachelors degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication. Foster, promote and ensure good standing relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.

All benefits are dependent on start date; pro-rated for mid-year hires

The salary range for this position is $120,000,000 to $150,000 with the average starting salary in the 40th percentile range; commensurate with experience and training. This ensures we get you properly seated within our organization so that all parties feel good about our future together.
