Olympia Management is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Huntsville, AL
General maintenance of an apartment complex. Working closely with the property manager in the upkeep of a 48-unit complex. The hours are set at 24 per week. Job duties include general maintenance, trash removal from grounds, sheetrock repair, painting, change air filters, etc. Would prefer if you had your own tools and possibly a truck to pick up supplies. Possibility of a free apartment after 30 days.
