Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within a designated district. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring profitability across all stores.

Duties:
- Supervise and provide leadership to store managers within the district
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with store managers to develop and execute business development plans
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements for each store and take appropriate actions to optimize financial performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead and support project management initiatives within the district
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction

- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Demonstrated experience in business development and driving growth
- Proficient in analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and understanding profit loss statements
