What the Senior Civil Engineer Will Do:

Qualifications of the Senior Civil Engineer:

• minimum of 5 years' experience in transportation project management, emphasizing both preliminary and final design phases. Prior Design-Build project involvement is a plus.
• be a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or eligible for licensure within six months of employment.
• communication skills, both verbal and written.
• organizational, technical, and analytical abilities.
