Job Description:

As a Landscape Maintenance Technician at Campbell Properties, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Your duties will include raking, mulching, planting and maintaining flowers, pruning, weeding, edging, watering and more! You will also be responsible for keeping our properties clean and orderly, ensuring that they make a positive first impression on visitors and residents alike.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• General lawn care duties such as raking, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, edging, and pruning.
• Keeping outdoor spaces clean and orderly
• Assisting under direct supervision of the Maintenance Technician's to help prepare apartment homes for future residents ensuring that each apartment is move in ready according to Campbell Properties standards.

Qualifications:

• 16 years of age or older
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and have reliable form of transportation.
• Weekend Availability
• Ability to safely operate small engine lawn equipment such as weed eaters and hedge trimmers.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Able to function effectively both within a team and individually.
