Screen Print Operator: Fast paced production.

Are you a print nerd that looks at garments in stores trying to figure out how they are printed? What the separations looked like? How much of a trap or choke they utilized? Do you want the freedom to experiment with different separation and printing techniques during slower times? Do you thrive in a fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same?

We are looking for someone that is passionate about putting their print expertise to good use; problem-solving potential issues during the proofing stage, color separating client-supplied artwork, and delivering high quality and on-time products to our customers.

• Ability to operate and maintain all screen print machines
• Ability to operate computer systems software
• Ability to perform setup and maintenance of screen print machines
• Ability to perform multiple tasks & switch between tasks
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail is critical!
• Problem solving is a key component to success.

We are willing to train motivated individuals, but experience is preferred.

The right candidate will thrive in a team environment and is motivated by goals. Pay is based on skill level.

If you have worked in plastic injection molding industry and run your own press, or in the personalization industry on engraving machines, or operated offset printing presses, these skills are transferable to the screen print field.
