Certified Transmission is Hiring a Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative Near Lincoln, NE
The Sales Associate/Customer Service Rep has three primary purposes.
First, this role helps the shop reach its gross sales goals by assisting the advisor and/or manager with giving exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Secondly, this role assists building repair orders and ordering parts at the best possible prices by shopping with vendors to secure the best price.
Finally, the third purpose of this role is office administration (filing, organizing, writing thank you letters, etc.)
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering phones to set appointments
- Ordering Parts and searching to find the best price
- General office support: filing and organization, running errands, customer service/callbacks, etc.
- Preparing paperwork for quotes and invoices
- Assisting in selling minor repairs and services under the guidance of a service advisor/manager
