We are seeking a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Marketing Specialist whose role is crucial in shaping our long-term strategy and day-to-day management of our paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This position plays a pivotal role in driving traffic and optimizing our digital marketing, with a specific focus on Google and Microsoft Ads.
The ideal candidate will be results- and data-driven, have a strong understanding of analytics, and have experience managing significant advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
Responsibilities
· Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media channels, and various third parties.
· Manage daily PPC accounts on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media channels, and various third-party sources.
· Monitor budget and adjust bidding to achieve higher ROI and optimize overall performance.
· Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives across channels.
· Draft, test, and optimize ad copy across all campaigns and channels.
· Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery and analysis.
· Research and analyze competitor advertising efforts, mediums, and lead-generation magnets.
· Test and continuously analyze keywords, cost-per-click data, ad copy, and other desired metrics.
· Set up and manage A/B testing across all ad sets and landing pages.
· Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and strategy.
· Work closely with third-party channels to identify new paid marketing opportunities, channel demographics, budgets, etc.
· Work closely with our data team to gain a better understanding of customer sales journey and ensure that PPC campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy.
Experience
· Digital Marketing: 1 Year
· PPC Campaign Management: 1 Year
· Google Ads / Microsoft Ads: 1 Year
· Microsoft Excel: 1 Year
· Social Media Advertising: 1 Year (Preferred)
· Keyword Research: 1 Year (Preferred)
Skills
· Experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of the PPC, SEM, and SEO landscape and terminology.
· Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, SEMRush and Microsoft Clarity.
· Knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments.
· Strong analytical skills and desire to learn.
· Familiarity with digital marketing and marketing funnels.
· Experience managing moderate to large-scale PPC budgets.
· Strong desire to stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing tools and techniques.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task.
· Excellent communication skills and comfort in working closely with other marketing team members and independently to analyze large data sets.
· Eagerness to learn and grow one's skillset.
· A background in B2C lead generation is a plus, but it is not required.
· Having a background drafting ad copy is a plus but not required.
