Zander Insurance is seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager.
Our licensed Personal Lines Account Managers play a vital role in the satisfaction of our clients, guiding them through the home and auto insurance process, addressing their needs, and advocating for them. Account Managers demonstrate knowledge and compassion and thrive in a fast-paced environment, helping clients protect their families. You’ll be doing work you can feel good about as you guide clients through the process of safeguarding some of their most valuable assets all while telecommuting on a hybrid schedule. You will also receive industry-leading compensation to include base salary, bonuses, commissions, monthly profit distribution payments, 401k match and ESOP shares totaling up to $100K, in addition to ESOP shares.
