Window Treatment installer
Creative Windows is the leading provider of window coverings in Michigan. An Installer at Creative Windows is responsible for the installation of all types of window treatments on commercial and residential job sites. This includes roller shades, blinds, and drapery. Carpentry experience is a plus, but training will be given to the right candidates. Union experience would be a tremendous benefit.

This is a full-time or part time position and can be structured as an employee or subcontractor. Special consideration will be given to Section 3 candidates.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with few or no points
• Hand Tools/ Power Tools (Drill, Saw, etc.)
• Reliable Transportation
• Work well in a team setting
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer Skills- (Excel & Email)
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Ability to accurately measure
• Experience in electrical wiring is a plus
• High School degree or equivalent
• Strong spoken and written communications skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds and climb up and down ladders up to 26' in height
• Ability to travel in approximately 2 hour range from the showroom

Reports To

• Installation Coordinator
• Daily on-site work will be supervised by senior installers

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
