Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Wax Pro to join our team. As a Lead Wax Pro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our clients while also overseeing and training other estheticians. • Give Seminars At Beauty School
• Support Depil Brazil School
• Actively attends and participates in personal development education /safety programs and or events
• Practices excellent service etiquette.
• Assist the Waxing Department (i.e.: weekly room inspections, updating waxers numbers on board weekly, etc.)
• Monitor and coach performance of Waxing Technician technique and sales specifics. This training may be conducted during pre-scheduled time between appointments; however, some of the training may need to be scheduled outside of the normal work schedule
• Participating in offered training programs, conferences and other opportunities for professional growth
• Assist in spa events inside and outside of the spa
• Meet weekly with the SM
• Actively participate in Studio Meetings
• Meet monthly with the Corporate Trainer (Can be conference call. To be used to ensure consistency throughout company)
• Monthly email correspondence to the CT to review prior month’s performance highlights and action plan for the month ahead.
• Provide CT with evaluations on New Hires 6 weeks after training

Accounting:

• Manage work emails
• Manage work Calendar

Human Resources

• Maintains all Wax Pro files and books of procedures
• Actively promotes Depil Brazil to the community
• Supports and adheres to all company policies and procedures

Personal Responsibilities:

• Always exhibits a ‘’can do” positive attitude. Smiles are contagious!
• Personal appearance and attire are at a professional level at all times

Skills:

• Computer Skills, Communication, Client Relations, Sales

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Wax Pro or Esthetician
- Proficient in Meevo or similar salon software for scheduling and client management
- Strong knowledge and expertise in various waxing techniques
- Familiarity with esthetic high frequency treatments, skin care, tint, Vajacials
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide guidance to other estheticians

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
