We are looking for a few great individuals to join our family of healthcare professionals. Arlington Health and Rehabilitation is one of the last privately owned and operated skilled nursing communities around. We are a small facility with a mix of rehab and long term care residents. The employees at AH&R are spectacular, and work together as a team of friends. There is a dynamic food department and a fabulous and fun life enrichment department. Our residents are truly living their best lives!

We are currently looking for RN applicants for all shifts, we are looking for both FT and PT availability. We do have an added shift differential of $5.00 an hour for our night shift (10pm - 6 am) and a shift differential of $2.00 an hour for our evening shift (2pm - 10pm). We are incredibly flexible with scheduling. We are always excited to hire new grads and will provide a kind and educational environment for your first job. And if you are pursuing a further degree in a healthcare related field we offer tuition reimbursement as well.

If you want to work with a fun team, while getting to deliver true resident centered care, we are the company for you! The right candidate will have a great attitude and be willing to deliver superior customer service to our residents and their families.

An applicant must have a current RN license, be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent assessment and customer service skills. We offer very competitive pay that can be discussed at the time of an interview. We also reimburse annually for the cost of your license and offer many other benefits such as CPR and IVT classes.
