Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Jewelry Associate to join our team. As a Jewelry Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in their jewelry purchasing decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for jewelry and a desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items

- Provide product knowledge and information to customers

- Perform sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Upsell additional jewelry items and accessories

- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area

- Stock and replenish jewelry inventory as needed

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

- Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and industry developments

Requirements:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in technology sales is preferred

- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

- Proficient in basic math calculations for processing transactions

- Excellent technical sales skills to assist customers with jewelry selection

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills are essential

- Previous experience in jewelry sales or related field is highly desirable

- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
