Broad knowledge/experience of work and engineering tools related to a digital transformation for a similar size organization
More than 8 years of experience in model-based systems engineering and digital engineering
Has the ability to create virtual representations of physical systems (models)
Knowledge/experience with data management strategies and technologies.
Demonstration of strong teaming and collaboration skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
B.S., M.S., or PhD Degree in engineering or a related discipline. A demonstrated can-do attitude and a desire to learn new things.
Experience with enterprise-wide implementation of new technology solutions.
Demonstrated familiarity with Agile processes and execution
Experience using Product Lifecycle Management tools, such as PTC Windchill
Experience using CAD tools, in partiular PTC Creo
Experience in Model Based Design
Some knowledge or experience in IT system
