Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and staff

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules

- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory

- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime

- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and techniques

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field

- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Proven leadership abilities in a facilities management setting
