The FOUND Hotel Santa Monica, located in Los Angeles is Now Hiring a Maintenance Manager:
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and general maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Leadership skills to supervise other maintenance staff.
