Weekend Option : Saturday and Sunday only 7am to 3pm

Piney Ridge Treatment Center is seeking BHA's for weekend option.

Work 8 hour shift on Saturday and Sunday only

Work 3 weekends in a row and then off 1 weekend

As a BHA your responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

· Demonstrate a sense of urgency related to the importance of resident's safety and provide excellent customer services.

· Ensure the well-being of residents and provide a positive, supportive and structured environment.

· Responsible for conducting safety checks and ensuring that supervision of the residents is conducted at 15 minute intervals, as noted in special precautions, or in accordance with individualized supervision guidelines as needed.

· Document timely, accurate and appropriate clinical information in resident's medical record.

· Interact routinely with residents, observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to nursing staff.

· Facilitate residents educational-rehabilitative groups which cover a variety of topics including social skills, coping skills, anger management and independent living skills.

· Engage residents in activities and interactions designed to encourage achievement of treatment goals.

· May provide transportation for residents or coordinate transportation with appropriate staff member.

Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
