Description
This position handles receptionist and mail processing tasks
Key Responsibilities
•Receives incoming telephone calls and transfers to appropriate extension.
•Greets customers and other visitors and refers to proper person/location. Utilizes visitor management system to track visitors.
•Processes return mail and updates customer records.
•Scans and files customer documents.
•Assists with clerical tasks as needed.
•Update customer accounts for charity commitments.
•Distributes incoming fax copies and email applications.
•Processes bank draft information and updates customer accounts
•Processes move out requests as needed to assist customer service representatives.
•Responsible for providing utility usage requests to realtors.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years additional related work experience.
- Above average communication is required to effectively greet and respond to customer calls and walk-ins, employees, supervisors and the general public in a positive and professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel) and Customer Information System (CIS) software as required to perform job tasks.
