* Pay: $74,880 to $100,000 based on experience
* Sign-on Bonus: $3,000
* Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM

You will...
* Performs on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers
* Provides clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases.
* Participates in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
* Performs initial nursing assessments
* Counsels patient/caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs.
* Assigns and coordinates services provided.
* Assists physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and makes necessary revisions based upon patient's condition/needs.
* Prepares clinical progress notes ensuring any changes in the patient's condition is reported
* Monitors clinical records for complete and accurate documentation.
