Diamond Chemical Company, a national manufacturer of institutional and industrial soaps and detergents, located in Northern NJ, seeks a highly motivated and dynamic Batch Processor. Candidate must be a strong, proactive, hands-on, team player with experience working in a fast-paced high-pressure manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Organize and track batches through the batch process using tracking systems and other operational tools.
• Ensure all orders are processed.
• Ensure that batches are processed correctly, finished, available at the work center when needed and closed out correctly when it is shipped.
• Operation of the batch processing system in the manual and automatic modes.
• Operates a shipping station as an order processor when needed.
• Assists in research inventory variances to expedite orders to ship.
• Operates independently of supervision while staying ahead of the operations teams.
• Complies with all safety and health policies, procedures and practices; actively supports safety improvement initiatives; uses materials and equipment in an appropriate and safe manner; carries out all tasks in a manner to not create a hazard to oneself or others.
• Supports organizational goals and values.
• Performs other duties as required.
