Opening Doors began in 1993 as a small refugee resettlement agency, and today serves over 3,000 clients per year across our 5 program areas: Refugee Programs, Survivors of Trafficking Programs, Immigration Legal Services, Health Programs and Economic Prosperity Programs.
Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will spearhead the initiative to guide Opening Doors in achieving CDFI certification, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our ability to serve underrepresented communities through innovative financial solutions. This individual will be responsible for assessing and addressing the financial needs of our clients, with a special focus on small business lending. They will conduct a thorough analyses of our financial services’ impact, ensuring alignment with our goals of portfolio growth, service excellence, credit quality and operational efficiency.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
