Essential Functions:

• Repair or replace equipment, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside.
• Empty trash, garbage and scrap containers throughout the plant on a regular bases
• Perform custodial duties and perform minor maintenance repair work throughout the building and grounds
• Perform snow removal
• Daily check of the compressor room to ensure equipment is operating properly or take action to ensure proper operation
• Keep up with weekly work orders
• Move pallets to designated areas were needed
• Ensure outside storage areas are neat and orderly
• Operate equipment such as trash compactor
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry function

Skills and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
