Overview:

Keep track of inventory, overseeing shipments and deliveries, and keeping the warehouse organized. Organizational skills and physical strength to manage and store inventory. Ability to manage administrative and clerical details to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Description:

Orders processing, accepting deliveries, and keeping the warehouse organized, including physically moving products around the warehouse space to properly maintaining all shipping and receiving records.

Essential Duties:

· Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.

· Accepts deliveries and stores them accordingly.

· Orders and restocks new supplies.

· Receives orders.

· Inspects all orders received, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.

· Reports and returns damaged product.

· Operates forklift or other machinery required for transporting large orders and heavy products.

· Addresses and resolves any complaints about products, shipping speeds, or damaged items.

· Monitor inventory and balance accounts.

· Keeps warehouse area clean and organized.

· Reports to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with shipping or receiving.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Is detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products.

Additional Requirements:

· Experience in mill/foundry environment

· Ability to work in fast paced setting

· English proficient (read, write, and speak)

· Knowledgeable with computers/software and peripherals

· Bilingual - English/Spanish read, write, and speak

· Availability to work flexible schedule

· 18 months proven experience in warehouse setting

Education and Experience

· High school diploma or GED.
Able to operate forklifts and other machinery used for moving and transporting products.
