3. Assembly and Production: Assemble components or products as per the production requirements. Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and efficiency.

4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

5. Material Handling: Handle raw materials and finished products appropriately. This may involve transporting materials within the manufacturing facility and ensuring proper storage.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and work areas. Keep equipment clean and in good working condition to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.

7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure effective communication and cooperation in achieving production goals.

9. Process Improvement: Suggest and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.

10. Adaptability: Be adaptable to changes in production schedules, processes, or tasks as required by the manufacturing environment.

11. Training: Stay informed about new manufacturing techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Device Assembler preferred.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions such as Manufacturing Assembly Instructions, Quality Standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
• The ability to perform simple writing tasks such as recording log entries, lot numbers and dates.
• The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
