A growing hotel management property Is looking for a Hotel Assistant General Manager for their beautiful hotel in Delray Beach, FL!

Qualifications:

• Possesses three (3) or more years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or equivalent education is preferred, though not required.
• Proven track record of success in hotel management roles.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the job demands.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve guest issues promptly and courteously to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Recruit and train team members to maintain smooth operations and uphold brand standards.
• Monitor operations to achieve budgeted goals.
• Enforce strict adherence to company and brand operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
